博士(政策・メディア)(慶應義塾大学)。慶應義塾大学大学院政策・メディア研究科特任助教、東京経済大学コミュニケーション学部専任講師を経て、2018年4月より現職。
研究テーマは、日本型人事の新展開と、それを通じた組織心理学に関する新理論の構築。企業やNPOとの協働による研究・研修にも取り組む。
主な論文は、「組織社会化におけるリアリティ・ショック後の認知プロセス -保守的役割志向と変革的役割志向の異質性-」『人材育成研究』 9-1, pp.33-52など。慶應義塾大学湘南藤沢学会第3回研究発表大会にて最優秀論文賞(共著)を受賞。大学院での指導教員は花田光世先生(現、慶應義塾大学名誉教授)。
Kenta Koyama is a Associate Professor in the Faculty of Communication Studies at Tokyo Keizai University. He is also a Visiting Project Researcher at the Keio University Graduate School of Media and Governance. He got a Ph.D. in Media and Governance from Keio University in 2015. His supervisor was Professor (now Professor Emeritus) Mitsuyo Hanada at Keio University.
Koyama's past professional jobs were Project Research Associate at the Keio University Graduate School of Media and Governance, and Manager at Family House. Family House is a nonprofit organization providing accommodations as a part of total care for hospitalized children and their families far from their homes.
He is interested in exploring new perspectives on organizational psychology and creating a new HR model by integrating the traditional Japanese HR and Career Psychology. His research activities are often conducted in collaboration with Japanese companies and nonprofit organizations.
One of his published papers is “The Cognitive Process after Reality Shock in Organizational Socialization: The Qualitative Difference of Custodial and Innovative Role Orientations," in the Japanese Journal of Human Resource Development, 9/1, pp. 33–52, 2014. A paper co-authored by Koyama and his colleagues won the best paper award at the 3rd Research Conference of Keio SFC Academic Society.
